Project Overview

A renewable energy developer planned a utility-scale solar photovoltaic project in East Nusa Tenggara. The development required suitable land, clear ownership records, community engagement, location conformity, environmental documentation, and coordinated permit processing before construction could begin.

PT Global Solusindo Gemilang supported the client through an integrated workstream covering land scouting, preliminary due diligence, stakeholder coordination, document verification, licensing assistance, and regulatory compliance monitoring.

Our Scope of Work

Our team combined field execution, legal-administrative review, and government liaison to help the client establish a practical and traceable path from site identification to project readiness.

We screened potential sites, reviewed preliminary land data, coordinated field measurements, supported landowner engagement, and prepared acquisition documentation for selected parcels.
We assisted with the Business Identification Number, location conformity process, environmental documentation, technical recommendations, and coordination with relevant government institutions.
